Melissa’s Kidney Bean Dip

1 ½ cups soaked, cooked kidney beans (must be very soft)
2 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon coriander
½ teaspoon paprika
½ cup yoghurt
1 clove garlic, crushed
Salt & pepper to taste

Puree all ingredients until a smooth paste is obtained. Use as a dip or a sandwich spread. Vary ingredients to taste.
